Although there were roughly 1,000,001 things to do in Ottawa this past Saturday, after looking at what was on offer, we decided that we wanted something a little closer to a traditional weekend adventure.

Between the sun and the early bite of crisp Fall air, we both quickly came to the same conclusion: we’d take a nice little walk through New Edinburgh, stop in at Union Street for a nice warm beverage (me: apple pie soy latte, her: oat london fog), and enjoy the sun in a neighbourhood we seem drawn to once mid-September comes.
