Charlotte Makes Photos

Last Friday, I found myself in need of some coffee beans for home. Most of the time, I like to order from Detour in Hamilton, but I left it too long and would have run out while waiting for the order to arrive.

Still feeling a little put out from Thursday, instead of heading down to Arlington 5 for my beans, I decided to proceed up Elgin street to Little Victories and get some there.

It was an uneventful, but nice little walk up to the very centre of Ottawa’s tourism industry, being in the shadow of Parliament, the entrance to the Rideau Canal, and the national war memorial. As it was a lovely day, everyone seemed to be in good spirits and it was sort of contagious.

Just a nice little adventure ☺️
