On The Roads More Trudged

Written by

Yesterday brought us quite a bit of snow! Beginning overnight, the snow continued to fall right into the wee hours this morning.

As you might guess from these (very familiar) photos, these were made after work and – yes – I was picking up cat food and groceries.

While I am admittedly getting a little worn on the combination of snow/heavy overcast and Tri-X or HP5+ pushed two stops, just to feel a little alive, I mixed up a new batch of ID-11 to see where it would bring me.

Unfortunately, I think that I either lost a bit of temperature in development (the kitchen gets colder in the winter and it was nearly -20C outside) or the times I relied on were a little too low since the negatives came out a little thin.
