This Saturday saw Kathleen and I get out twice.

Twice!

Our morning was a bit more workaday as far as adventures are concerned. Kathleen was in need of some conditioner, which she purchases in refillable bottles from the NuGrocery on Main Street, so we decided that we would pay Old Ottawa East a visit.

Under the day’s clear skies, the walk itself was delightful and we kept a slow pace even though we both found the air a little cool. The coolness proved inspiring, since, feeling like consummate Fall Girls^TM (it’s really our season), we also stopped in at Café Qui Pense for a fall spice soy latte (me) and an oat red velvet (her).

The morning was rounded out with a quick stop in at a grocery store for our lunch and dinner needs.

As for the afternoon, we would be heading out to Taste of Wellington.
