One way we tried to get the incessant honking of horns from echoing around our minds was to visit somewhere a bit quieter than a built-up area. For that, we paid visit to the recently-refurbished Salt Marsh trail and just walked around the trails, enjoying nature, and the sound-and-feel of Cole Harbour (the harbour itself, not the town).

It was a refreshing hour that certainly helped keep body and soul together.
