*Usually*, when the sun comes out in December or January, I make sure to get outside to make photos – no matter how cold. And it’s usually cold: bright and sunny winter days are the cold ones.
But it’s a dry cold.
At least that’s what I tell myself.
Still, my favourite seasonal light is the crisp, cold, and clear light of January. The air is dry and leaves seemingly nothing between us and the sun, giving a sort of clean feel to the season.
The photos that I made today are no such thing: it snowed all day (and it continues to snow now), so it was another day for pushed HP5+.
More on that to come.
