It’s apparently all in the inversions.

With perhaps one exception, my first few rolls processed in T-Max Developer were decidedly …not good.

(Including this one.)

The rolls would come out super dense – quite overdeveloped.

It was only later that it occurred to me to follow the inversion technique on the bottle.

5 seconds every 30 seconds. (Instead of 10 seconds every 60 seconds.)

It turns out that works!
