Charlotte Makes Photos

A girl and her cameras 💜

With so much sunshine through last week, I decided to take advantage and use slide to make photos while I was out and about on my daily activities. These were made on the way to — and from — my regular Tuesday electrolysis appointment, which is in an office near the late Westgate Mall.

I will share photos from the second half of the roll tomorrow, which I exposed last Wednesday on my way home from the office.

One thing that I noticed from this roll is that, among my more modern film cameras, the meter in the Canon is not quite up to the task in dealing with more complex lighting when compared the the Nikon F80 I’ve often used. There were a few frames where the meter really wanted to preserve shadow detail, which it did, allowing the highlights to float away.
