For our third day in town, Kathleen and I decided that it was time to head into Halifax. Since we had planned to head down Spring Garden and then up into the North End with my mom a few days later, we decided to wander around the neighbourhoods south of Spring Garden.

I had one mission before we boarded the Dartmouth Ferry (into the town), however. There is a vacant garage in Dartmouth on Ochterloney between Crichton and Maple that we’ve passed driving a number of times and – consistent with most people who use film – I wanted to make a few photos!

I was feeling a little snappier than I was expecting, and by the time we reached Alderney Landing to board the ferry it was time to load a new roll.
