…and it didn’t at all matter! Sure, none of the tree blossoms were yet out, the leaves? Barely a pea green whisper. A few of the eager tulip beds were open, but the explosion of Spring colour had yet to greet us.

The temperatures were right (16℃ by the time we made it to Dow’s Lake) though, and because it was before the big seasonal showing, there were few people around, save for the people from nearby streets walking their dogs or on their jogs.

Sure, the end of April is a month away, but right now? It sure looks like a long month.
