It turns out that this December, at least meteorologically speaking, is looking like a note-for-note repeat of last year’s. We’ve been quite snowy and cool for the last few weeks, that today’s bump in temperature (2C today and light rain) and forecast (high of 5C by Friday) threatens to take away our snowy blanket, leaving us dim overcast light and mud.

Hopefully this is all as brief as it has been forecast to be.

(And maybe a little sun? We’re four days from the year’s shortest and I think we could all use a little more sun.)
