Sunday Saunter, Before The Sizzle

Even though Sunday was just as hot and uncomfortable as Saturday, we decided to get out earlier to avoid the worst of it. We didn’t stray too far from home, but we did get out for one of our lil’ local loops!

And as a bonus? We noticed that the Sunday Market on Elgin at Waverley had a vendor with ice cream. Since it was too early and it would have melted before we got back home, we agreed to remember and maybe come back next week.

Once we finished a refreshing lunch of cucumber-tomato-tzatziki wraps, it seemed like a good idea to perhaps brave the heat and get a scoop.
