Saturday was our last full day in Hamilton and on vacation away and, given this spring’s weather on the whole, it seems fitting that we’d be teased. At least a little. By the weather. Since rain was in the forecast, we planned for a mix of indoor and outdoor things to do.

First things first, of course: breakfast!

Searching online, we found AM Breakfast on Rebecca, and walked over from our hotel. After a rather tasty breakfast, rain threatening, we continued for a little loop, expecting to visit the Art Gallery of Hamilton.

At least we would have, but for two things:

  1. Contrary to the hours posted on the door, Saturdays open at noon and not eleven.
  2. The sun came out!

Instead of going back to the hotel room to wait out the rain, we decided that a little bike ride would be quite nice and if we felt so inclined, a 7km ride to one of the waterfalls might be nice.

  1. Along with Roll 12 (developed at the same time), a little overdeveloped. That lesson was D-96 is more like C-41: it doesn’t need more time for each roll. ↩︎
