Midweek can be uninspiring for making photos. Like, really uninspiring. A commute back and forth from my office in Hull can only take so many paths or have new and interesting things to make photos of.
It’s fine though. I had two questions that I needed answers to!
- Is the Mic-X on the shelf – mixed November 8, 2024 – still good? I hoped it would be and it was kept in a bottle sealed tight. Still, for many chemicals, when you’ve left it six months, it may no longer work! Answer: Yes! It worked! Photos 1-10 above show that I can still get photos!
- What happens when I develop fast? Like really fast. Normally, I get uncomfortable when a developer takes less than five minutes. Since developing C-41 (which takes 3:40), I wondered if it’s so scary. Answer: It took 2:58. It worked! It’s not scary! But I don’t quite like the results as much as I do in Mic-X.
