The Struggle Is Real (Pt. 2)

Last Sunday, Kathleen and I celebrated our ninth anniversary! In search of a little of the sublime, we had planned to attend a concert at Dominion-Chalmers, but unfortunately, that ended up cancelled.

Rather than mope in our dresses at home until dinner, we decided to at least get out and take a nice walk. It was a beautiful day, so Kathleen suggested we take a nice quiet walk down by the river to enjoy a little bit of nature.

Me being me, I had to bring a camera (I’m rarely without one), and decided to make it a folder to participate in #FolderWeek on Bluesky.

As for our dinner?

We chose Zoe’s at Chateau Laurier and were treated to a delicious meal and a lovely time that felt just right for our anniversary.
