A Delightful Sunday Visit

On Sunday afternoon, Kathleen and I were invited to a tea and light lunch with a friend who lives out in Orleans. We had a lovely afternoon will all sorts of catching up and chatter, and delicious food. It was the sort of visit to restore a bit of one’s soul!

Although I’ve become a little wary about the performance of our public transit operator as of late, all trains and buses were on time and as scheduled, making for a quick and comfortable trip to the suburb, which at one time qualified as “going out of town”.
