Sun’s Out, Charlotte’s Out

We were blessed with a visit from the winter sun following Thursday’s snowstorm.

It doesn’t always happen that way, but it does often enough that I have come to expect it.

A bright winter day is a bit of a treat where making photos is concerned: an already bright sun, oodles of reflective snow, and very blue skies all conspire to give us a lovely palette.

As soon as I saw the forecast filled with sun in the morning, the camera was loaded with a roll of ColorPlus and began counting down the hours.
