Well, for the most part! I don’t really need sun to use colour film (and get pleasing results), but it’s sure a relationship that’s hard to break!
While developing this roll last night after dinner, I just about almost earned myself a little bleach disaster. I didn’t quite attach the lid properly after pouring the bleach into the tank, hit the kitchen faucet on the first inversion, and suddenly neon yellow splash! on the kitchen counter and behind the sink.
It looked like more liquid lost than it was fortunately, and I was able to recover, cleaning up between 30-second inversions and rinses for the last stages, and, well, in the end, it all ended up looking like the Gold negatives I was hoping for.
