Midweek Commute

Like so many office work types, I commute to (and from, thankfully) the office three days per week. While I’d prefer things to be arranged as they were before the pandemic (designated cubicle, all five days), I don’t mind being there.

It does mean that when I’m in Wednesdays and Thursdays, the commute itself tends to consume time that I’d otherwise use to share and edit photos, and perhaps even write a blog piece like this one. It’s not a long one, but it’s taking a BMW (bus, metro, walk) in near equal measure, so there’s no settling in!

If it seems that I tend to get just a little quiet mid-week, this is why.
