“I suffer for my art!”
Not really, but the recent cold snap sure has required more and more layers. While the internet seems to love competitive “Meteorological Chauvinism”, I think -20C (-4F) when you account for the wind is plenty chilly. So while out yesterday (to return a new winter coat for exchange), the cold sure announced its presence.
In spite of all that, I was feeling a little snappy, and decided on a roll of Double-X, thanks to the sun being out. Unfortunately, on development, I noticed that the negatives were quite dense. I followed the development times and temperatures, so I can’t help but wonder if the camera was complaining about the cold.
Shutter? Aperture? It looks like a little more investigating to do!
