It wasn’t all Lego for Kathleen and I on Christmas morning. Between the delicious Chinese for Christmas Eve dinner, Claire Saffitz’s breakfast sandwiches for, well, breakfast, and leftovers for lunch, we certainly needed to move around a little bit!
As has become part of our tradition, we took a slow and leisurely walk through the neighbourhood early in the afternoon and found the sort of peaceful quiet that only the holidays seem to bring.
