Another Another Attempt At Recovery

I’ve been going through my earlier rolls again to see whether I can get something better out of them than I had originally. While there is only so much you can do about bad development, I have had okay luck pulling something a little more palatable from those early rolls.

These photos are from the fourth roll I developed and really thought I had learned something. And, well, I did. But nowhere near enough to avoid the dreaded blown-out highlights.

As I’ve begun to learn, however, that using the dedicated profiles in film scanning software isn’t always all that advantageous. In fact, I’ve stopped using them entirely.
