Saturday Scenes: Old Ottawa South

Since it had been more than a year since I last took a stroll through Old Ottawa South, we decided that it would be a fine way to spend a Saturday morning.

Even though I’ve never actually lived in that neighbourhood, I had somewhat fond memories of when I first moved here nearly 25 years ago to attend Carleton. Then more of a night owl, I’d often take slow walks from campus and snake my way through its streets, enjoying the sights.
